Waking up and hour early is definitely not working out for me, because of my late night sleep. 
I’m noticing my screen time reducing.
My productivity through the day is shooting up.
I do struggle to write my tasks in the day down and go after them one after the other.

I still am eating without using the phone. Struggling but pushing through on that front.

The first few hours of the day without the phone is really awesome and focused. If i could see it and feel it.
The moment i start using my phone only then I feel as if the day of unproductivity starts.

Is the jotting of the tasks something that increases productivity?

I think today is a L because I didn’t do my QT.
I thought I’ll do it in the night, I had to do other things and It got skipped.

Lesson learnt, Finish Important tasks in the first half of the day, The end of the day ring an alarm bell. We never know what might come up in the end of the day
