Today’s a Loss.

I was dead tired the entire day. Just kept sleeping off. I had 3 wins today , I used my phone after an hour after i woke up. My screentime is below 5 hours. I didn’t use my phone when I had my food. I didn’t write down my to-do list for the day personally.

A few observations , I see that it’s a bit easier to now eat my food without the phone. I’ve come to also observe ,my focus starts to deteriorate as soon as I start using my phone that day. Stay away from your phone and start being productive. There also needs to be intention substitutes that we need to choose to replace the phone. One such substitute I’ve started using is my kindle, to read books. The other substitute is silence when I eat my food 🤣

The reason today and yesterday was primarily a loss is because I’ve skipped doing my quiet time.

The keystone habit of an hour early hasn’t happened since the day I started. Talk about a key stone habit right?
